Information we collect
When you create an account or join The Network, we collect your email address and, for Network Members, your chosen codename. When you make a purchase, we keep a record of the products you bought and your download activity.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account, fulfil purchases and deliver downloads, send transactional emails such as password resets and order confirmations, and, where you have opted in, occasional updates about new work.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the data it processes on our behalf.
Email services
Transactional and marketing email is sent through third-party email providers acting on our instructions. Your email address is shared with them only as needed to deliver those messages.
Cookies and storage
We use browser storage and cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember session state such as vault access. We do not use advertising trackers.
Data retention
Account and purchase records are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us through the options listed on the site and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
